Rocket Foundations
A mandatory starting point for anyone new to the Rocket system. We break down the unique breathwork (Ujjayi), core locks (Bandhas), and the fundamental standing sequences.
Focus: Alignment, breath mechanics, safety, pacing.

The core of our weekly programming. A fast-paced, high-intensity class weaving together Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 elements. Be prepared to sweat, invert, and test your limits.
Focus: Endurance, arm balances, fluid movement.

A 90-minute intensive covering all 90 postures of the complete Rocket 3 sequence. This is a masterclass in stamina and advanced mobility. Prior experience required.
Focus: Extreme endurance, deep backbends.

A specialized skills clinic completely separate from flow sequences. We spend 60 minutes solely on the physics, anatomy, and neurological requirements of the freestanding handstand.
Focus: Wrist conditioning, hollow body, press mechanics.
