Do you accept drop-ins?
Space is highly limited. While we accept drop-ins if there are open mats, we strongly encourage booking via Calendly or the form above to secure your spot.
Where exactly do we practice?
We practice outdoors at The Quivira Jetty - the grassy area before the rocks between Dog Beach and Mission Beach. Detailed directions are provided upon booking.
Do I need my own mat?
Yes, please bring your own mat. Since we practice outdoors on the grass, you may also want to bring a towel or blanket to place underneath your mat.
